xAI officially released Grok-Voice-Think-Fast-1.0 via API on April 25, 2026. Musk has already replaced the human sales and support lines for Starlink (+1 888 GO STARLINK) with this AI. It currently handles 28 different tools and hundreds of workflows that used to require a human operator.
Your customer support needs a voice agent built for the real world.

People are starting to realize this AI push isn’t just about chatbots anymore. Musk already has Grok Voice handling parts of Starlink support, and you can see why companies are interested in it. Something that works 24/7 for pennies is obviously going to get management thinking about payroll cuts fast.
That’s the part making people nervous. A lot of customer service and admin jobs suddenly look vulnerable if these systems actually get good enough to handle real calls and support tickets.
Politicians keep talking about retraining and “future jobs,” but for people already struggling to pay bills, hearing that AI can do the same work cheaper doesn’t exactly sound reassuring.
