The guy Tyler Brown has a 20-year record including firing 13 rounds at cops in 2020. A judge gave him only 5 years instead of more and now he is out opening fire on a bridge in Cambridge. People are calling for the judge to be impeached and saying these soft decisions are killing innocent people.
