Cut off all amenities and resources they control (all of them) to the entirety of the civilian population and then massacre said civilians when they try to flee from the affected areas.
They have chosen the darkest path in dealing with guerrilla fighters, killing everything that moves.
We are fighting the most evil empire to ever exist, and if you think it’s bad now, believe me it can and will only get so, so much worse.
Enjoy these halcyon times while they last, because it’s going to get so much darker and more horrifying from here on out.
