That company is cooked. You don’t talk about customers like they’re ATMs unless you’ve already given up on the product. First it’s higher prices, then smaller portions, then the chicken looks weird and the bowl’s half empty and they still charge more. Same playbook every time. Once a brand starts squeezing people on purpose, it never really gets good again.
