Senator drafts amendment to purge Congress when deficit tops 3 percent of GDP

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) is set to draft a constitutional amendment that will oust every member of Congress when the federal deficit exceeds 3% of GDP.

A plan backed by Elon Musk.
