Joe Wilson and others while lobbying to lift Caesar Act sanctions for their $12B reconstruction deals. They also pursued a joint Albania resort venture with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, and delivered an engraved Trump crest stone to lawmakers for White House delivery. Trump backed repeal; sanctions were lifted (temp May ’25, permanent Dec ’25). Contracts advanced. Trump Org and White House deny any Syria deal or policy link. Khayyats deny tying the Albania project to sanctions effort.
