Yep, I talked to the owner of a pizza place in Las Vegas last year. Great location amongst all the downtown casinos. His rent was 30k month. Probably 25 ft wide by 100 ft deep. 2500 sq feet. $64 for a large pepperoni or $8 slice. 468 pizza/month plus other cost to break even.
