People will become obsessed with their score they need to maintain a certain number or they will be locked out of the system and punished for being a bad citizen. A real life computer game where your score determines your ranks.
If you're caught jaywalking in China, fines are automatically deducted from your digital wallet, and your social credit score is downgraded accordingly.
Liberals dream of this kind of oppression.
