Jack Smith requests pause in DOJ appeal as GOP prepares investigations into his office.

Today, Jack Smith was supposed to file a reply brief in DOJ’s appeal of Judge Cannon’s order dismissing classified documents indictment based on Smith’s unconstitutional appointment.

Instead, Smith just asked for a “pause” in the proceedings (similar to DC case) as his inquisitions slowly circle the drain. But Smith better not go too far.

Both the House and Senate appear prepared to investigate Smith and his office–powerful GOP lawmakers just demanded that Smith preserve all records.

I know for a fact this is just the start.
