If there are errors, everyone suffers. Communism seeks to make everybody the same from the top down. The Pink Floyd song “Another Brick in the Wall” demonstrates what they have been trying to do. In the case of school the goal is to make everyone equally ignorant and stupid so they can have instructions directed to them.
Individual family development, as promoted by Jesus through the Trinity (through the mother, from father to son passes the spirit) allows a developmental spread that covers every angle allowing for evolutionary change over a complete range.
Communism is for creating a race of slaves which will eventually become extinct.
