Any real engineer worth their salt can tell you EVs ain’t happening on a sustained economic basis at the present demand for routine transportation requirements, and for the energy and material resources readily available to widely support them.
Domestic EV populism is at root a collectivist POLITICAL agenda created to further assist control of human populations by the twisted elite, exactly like their CBDC bullshit monetary system.
Major car companies are so entranced on globohomo that they are all shooting their own foot, year after year, company after company.
But then again, who cares, they deserve the worst for what they did with alternative methods over the years, and I’m not talking about the ones that they do scam prototypes, I’m talking about all those that were legit alternatives on locomotion, energy use, etc. that got snuff together with their creators and even the labs together with the energy sector too.
They all do that, snuff the competition, even the health sector is the same, any sector is the same.
