Across several interviews and press interactions, Trump made the following points:

“It’s gonna be most likely a hotel.”
He repeated this multiple times when asked what the upper floors of the skyscraper‑style library would contain.

He said he doesn’t believe in traditional presidential libraries or museums, and prefers a commercial model.

He described the project as a hotel built on top of a presidential center, with a 747 Air Force One replica in the lobby.

The building is planned as a massive Miami skyscraper, far larger than any previous presidential library.
