By sending junk mail back stuffed with more junk mail, you’d be making the sender foot the bill for return postage.

Those junk mail envelopes come with prepaid return postage. If everyone sent them back stuffed with their own junk mail, the original senders would be stuck footing the bill for the return postage. If everyone did this it would annoy the junkers a little. Right??
