Active Shooter in New Canton | Entire Illinois Town on Lockdown

Law enforcement has ordered a full lockdown in New Canton, Illinois after reports of an active shooter within the town limits. The Pike County Sheriff’s Department confirmed this is an “active situation” and advised all residents to stay indoors, lock doors, and remain alert until further notice.
