40% of Gen Z workers find salaries insufficient

Sharing is Caring!

A significant portion of Gen Z workers, around 40%, report that their salaries are insufficient to cover basic needs. Of those, 14% believe they would need between $80,000 and $100,000 to meet their expenses, while 19% require more than $100,000. Conversely, nearly 60% of Gen Z workers feel that their salaries do adequately cover their essential costs. This disparity highlights ongoing concerns about affordability among younger professionals.
