They're literally advocating for communist style rent controls that have been an utter disaster in every country that's tried them, yet they want them to "fix" exorbitant home prices in Califronia.

So it means its passing whether you vote for it or not.
They gotta bankrupt all the landowners so the Syndicate can take their property.
Sad thing is, most Californians are not intelligent enough to understand that the government is the reason rents are so high. You don’t fix a problem by using more of what got your into the mess.
