The vetted Whistle-blower David Grusch who has a vetted background in national security, and several security clearances just testified under oath to Congress we have non-human bodies, and non-human craft.
He further said he would provide Congress with the names of persons currently working on programs to reverse engineer.

Confirmed that government steals funding and redirects to secret projects.

Confirmed people have been “harmed” trying to whistle-blow.
Confirmed they are in earth orbit and in the ocean.
