Sometimes there is an answer.
Often there isn’t.
The question that tends to move you forward is different:
“What can I learn from this?”
You can’t control every setback, disappointment, or unexpected turn in life. You can control how you respond to it.
Every difficult experience teaches something if you’re willing to look for it. It might be patience. It might be resilience. It might be recognizing a mistake you won’t repeat. Sometimes it simply teaches you that you can endure more than you thought.
Don’t try to solve your entire life at once. Break the problem into smaller pieces. Focus on the next decision, the next task, the next step. Progress is built one choice at a time, not all at once.
Learning from hardship doesn’t make the hardship enjoyable, and it doesn’t mean everything happens for a reason. It means refusing to let a difficult chapter be wasted.
You may not get to choose every challenge life puts in front of you.
You do get to choose whether you leave it stronger, wiser, or exactly the same.
