As of 9:00 a.m., the Russian attack was ongoing, with several drones still in Ukrainian airspace.
Explosions were reported overnight in Kyiv, western Ukraine, Volyn, Khmelnytskyi, and other regions. In Kirovohrad Oblast, railway infrastructure was damaged, injuring five people and delaying dozens of trains.
Civilian infrastructure caught fire in Khmelnytskyi and Lutsk. In Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, an infrastructure facility was hit, sparking a large-scale fire. In Chernihiv Oblast, a Russian strike left 30,000 households in Nizhyn without power.
