President Donald Trump told a group of farmers that money doesn’t matter “if you make enough” while speaking from the White House balcony on Friday.
Trump addressed what he described as the largest gathering of farmers at the White House when he bragged about giving them $12 billion thanks to his tariff policy. “I don’t know if you know that or not,” he said.
“You make enough money, it doesn’t matter to you, right?” The president took a moment to make a dig at his predecessor, Joe Biden, saying he wouldn’t have done that.
