President Donald Trump continued to criticize the Federal Reserve building renovations as he toured the construction site Thursday, but he told reporters he doesn’t want to “Monday morning quarterback” and said he doesn’t believe it’s “necessary” to fire Fed chair Jerome Powell, as he has threatened.
