Home Inventory is at a current level of 1.28M.
Increased from 1.20M last month and up from 1.08M one year ago.

Lots of supply coming online in the Sun Belt.
But not as much in the Northeast/Midwest. Inventory is actually down YoY in markets such as Cleveland, New York, Rochester, and Providence.
