A few days ago, I came across this toe-licking incident, initially thinking it was just a foolish lapse in judgment. However, the situation appears to be far more concerning. Who were the Student Council advisors? Who permitted students to “buy” their way out of these degrading acts? Who authorized these acts in the first place? Did not a single student confide in their parents about what was happening? Did not one responsible adult step forward?

Any adult within that school who was aware of these events and failed to take action should face consequences, potentially even termination or legal repercussions. Parents whose children were involved should consider seeking legal advice and pursuing legal action against the school district. There is absolutely no justification for allowing such incidents to occur.
