The US Space Force can move ahead with the 12 contracts it awarded under a $2.5 billion procurement for services to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

Protester Tech7 Consulting LLC failed to show that the agency improperly rejected its proposal for omitting pricing information without conducting discussions first, the Government Accountability Office said.

The solicitation permitted, but didn’t require the agency to conduct discussions, the GAO said.
