You can hear the cockpit noise shortly after takeoff, the door may have separated or a window/door was opened due to a cabin fire. Unfortunately the aircraft did not make it back to the airport and no further details at this time. The Beech 99 is typically flown single pilot and is used to deliver packages to smaller towns.
