‘President Trump made seven claims in one hour, all seven are false.’

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on Friday all seven recent claims by the US President are lies, and the us will fail in both war and negotiations.

Ghalibaf warned that with continued blockade, the strait of Hormuz will not remain open; shipping will follow only designated routes with Iran’s permission, decided by field conditions not social media.

“The President of the United States made seven claims in one hour, all seven of which were false. They did not win the war with these lies, and they will certainly not get anywhere in negotiations either. With the continuation of the blockade, the Strait of Hormuz will not remain open,” he posted on X.

What just happened?

Yesterday, at 8:45 AM ET, Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi announced that the Strait of Hormuz was “completely open” for all commercial vessels.

At 9:06 AM ET, President Trump thanked Iran for reopening the Strait.

Then, at 10:20 AM ET, Trump said Iran and the US were working together to remove all mines from the Strait of Hormuz.

Between 10:40 AM ET and 12:00 PM ET, President Trump said Iran agreed to “never close the Strait again” and to “suspend its nuclear program indefinitely.”

Suddenly, at 6:14 PM ET, Iran’s Speaker of the Parliament said Trump made “seven claims in one hour, all seven of which were false.”

Now, Iran has CLOSED the Strait of Hormuz again and oil tankers are being struck.

Iran’s military has reimposed “strict control” of the Strait of Hormuz over President Donald Trump’s continuing naval blockade.

“Iran agreed to allow a limited number of ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz according to agreements. But the US did not fulfil their obligations. So, the Strait of Hormuz is now closed again and passage requires Iran approval,” Iran’s joint military command said on Saturday, according to the Iranian state broadcaster IRIB.
