– The city then goes and post these legal notices a few days later at the areas
– They remove the tents
– They then hand out new tents

The reason why is because they are handed out by the county, in the city. What’s cr*zy is what they also do is they post illegal notices regularly, which means this local government hands out tents and then a few days later, removes the tents. Once the tents are removed, guess what they do? They give them more tents. And round and round and round we go.

It’s big business, it’s very profitable, but it’s really just disrupts. It’s very disruptive, very inefficient. So, as you can see, just over 50 brand new tents.”
