6.2 MILLION AMERICANS WANT JOBS. NONE OF THEM ARE "UNEMPLOYED."
The unemployment rate held at 4.3% in May. To be counted in it, you have to be actively searching. Stop looking – and you disappear. Straight from the BLS report:
