Nicki Minaj has been ordered to pay $503,000 after losing a lawsuit — and it could jeopardize ownership of her $20 million California mansion if she doesn’t pay up.
Judge Cindy Pánuco ruled against the Super Bass singer, 43, in 2024 judgment as part of a lawsuit brought by her one-time security guard, Thomas Weidenmüller.
Weidenmüller had named the Barbie World songstress in his 2022 suit, in which he claimed that he was assaulted by her husband Kenneth Petty in March 2019 in Germany.
But Minaj has so far failed to pay the judgment amount, and in November 2025, Judge Pánuco said she was looking into ordering the sale of the rapper’s eight-bedroom abode in Hidden Hills, California, to fund the award for Weidenmüller.
The judge is slated to make a final ruling in the case on Thursday, unless Minaj completes the payment to Weidenmüller, according to court documents reviewed by the Daily Mail.
The Daily Mail has also reached out to reps for Minaj and Weidenmüller’s lawyer to request further comment.
