They say NGOs come and register them to vote multiple times per year.
They claim they get paid around $25 each time.
Multiple people in the video say the same thing.
Post claims this is done so NGOs can harvest ballots and help Democrats.
California allows third-party ballot harvesting.
There was a real case of a woman charged for paying homeless on Skid Row to register to vote (smaller amounts, around $2–3).
Some reports show many voters registered at homeless shelters even if they don’t live there.
This raises real questions about voter rolls and possible fraud.
Not proven as a massive organized scheme yet, but the video and past cases show it happens.
