Oddly enough, I think it’s finally started to affect my current maket’s used home prices. 6 months ago I didn’t click on 80-90% of the listings because the price point was astronomical and they were out of their minds. Last night I told my wife we may be buying a house finally in 2026. Prices are still laughable for the most part but some are reaching the upper end of my comfortability range.
