This literally means perpetual war in the blackhole that is the Ukrainian government, one of the most corrupted in the world.
I don’t even know what that means:

Unity in supporting Ukraine against the Russia’s invasion remains the touchstone of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.

Granted, a “NATO partnership” is somewhat similar to “joining NATO.”
But it is not the same thing.
Putin’s stated goal was for them to not join NATO.
If they’d have joined NATO, Russia wouldn’t have been able to invade without triggering Article 5.
It’s much different than a commitment of unlimited money and weapons.
Speaking of money, one has any idea where any of this money is going.
We know that apparently, some of it has gone to the military, but that is not really even clear.
We can see they have weapons, but those were sent as weapons, not as cash.
The cash is something that literally no one has any ideas about at all.
