More than 20 players from school football team hospitalized after horror bus crash in Pennsylvania

A school bus transporting a Pennsylvania school football team was involved in a horrific crash that left more than 20 people injured.

The Aliquippa Jr. High School Football Team was on the bus when it crashed on Saturday morning, KDKA-TV reported. The team left the area around 11 a.m., and each player is being evaluated, according to the team’s Facebook page.

A total of 28 people were on the bus at the time of the crash, including 25 students. The bus driver and 21 of the students were taken to the hospital. It comes after 5 were killed dead – including one child – when a Niagara Falls tour bus overturned.

Their conditions are unknown at this time. The cause of the crash is also unclear.

Two other adults were on the bus at the time, but were not hurt.
