Markets with the biggest apartment rent declines over the last 3 years. Austin is #1 at an 18.3% rent drop. Fort Myers #2 at 15.3%. Colorado Springs #3 at 12.5%.

By the time the implosion of Housing Bubble 2.0 finishes playing out, I suspect a lot of unhappy landlords will be forced to slash rents to attract or keep quality tenants.
