Iranian media reported “GPS disruptions in certain areas of Tehran since morning hours.” Meanwhile, Iranian universities, including Azad in Tehran and Payame Noor in Qom province, announced a shift to remote learning. Azad University explained this was because “the start of the semester coincides with the month of Ramadan.”
