Line Fire engulfs San Bernardino Mountains, threatening communities with massive 100-foot flames.

This Line Fire started in Highland is now raging up the mountain towards Running Springs Arrowbear and Bluejay Arrowhead area. 100° degree weather for over 2 months hasn’t made anything less fire prone. And this , at one time brush fire of 100 or so acres is now blazing into the San Bernardino Forest with 50-100 foot flames engulfing the dry chapparal of the mountains.

Pray that the damage from this fire is minimal in property damage and loss of life! I have friends up in the mountains and its very easy to get trapped in these little roads up on the hill.

Here is a unique panorama perspective of the amount of smoke being produced currently in Southern California in the Line Fire, San Bernardino Mountains.

Here is an interview with Veteran Fire Fighter Tim Chavez on the current state of the Line Fire.
