This is beyond infuriating! John Kerry seriously wants to spend $1.6 quadrillion taxpayer dollars on an unproven carbon removal plan. It’s ludicrous! The temperature has gone down, and there’s uncertainty about low CO2 levels harming plant life. Why burden hardworking Americans for a problem that might not even exist? Unbelievable!
