The IDF believes that the 12 Rockets fired towards Northern Israel from Lebanon were launched by a Pro-Palestinian Group but not Hezbollah, although they make it clear nothing is done in Southern Lebanon without Approval of the Leader of Hezbollah, Nasrallah.
