“NEW: Woman reaches behind and steals gun from a security guard and shoots three people while getting detained in Chile. The incident happened outside of a Chilean market while the woman was being put in a police van. The cameraman filming the video you see was hit with a bullet along with one other person and a guard. The cameraman was hospitalized with serious injuries and is currently in stable condition. The other two were wounded as well.”
