Not sure how people are surprised… No one has extra income at this point except for the very high middle class and extremely wealthy. Avg households need not apply.
Despite what the news reports, the economy is struggling and inflation is playing a big role in spending habits / patterns.
What have they (or others) done since we started down this path to deliver more value to the customer?
