There’s a new drug on the street called Xylazine/Tranq and it’s even more f**ked up than fent.
It’s a mixture of fentanyl and xylazine.
Xylazine isn’t a recreational drug on its own, it’s an alpha-blocker that lowers your blood pressure.
But mixed with fentanyl it acts as potentiator and it prolongs the effects.
The combination is particularly heinous, it’s also corrosive to the veins (causes necrosis), and the withdrawals aren’t relieved with methadone.
