A fourshot regimen that yields around 70% protection is not exactly a slamdunk solution. And realistically, it may be difficult to get large numbers of people to complete a fourdose series for a vaccine that doesn’t offer nearcomplete protection. Even routine twodose vaccines struggle with completion rates. Asking for double that is a tall order.
