Everyone around him that is pretending he is still alive and participating in his job needs to be charged with elder abuse, fraud, and impersonating a government official.

Old politicians hide health problems to hold power longer. Public gets no real info until leaks or dispatch records come out. This kind of secrecy makes people doubt everything coming from DC.
