Europeans Remain Extremely Worried About Immigration

Countries going into an election such as the Netherlands and Spain are going to have to deal with a contentious issue that their mainstream parties would rather ignore.

The same EU polling (https://europa.eu/eurobarometer/surveys/detail/2932) finds that only 31% of Europeans think the EU is going in the right direction.

People do not want the European Parliament handling sensitive issues like migration or ‘gender’ related cultural issues, preferring their national governments retain ultimate control.
