Elon said no to Epstein, but Sky News makes it sound like he was involved. Meanwhile, Prince Andrew actually went but somehow Elon’s name comes first?

Sky News ran a headline that put Elon Musk’s name ahead of Prince Andrew in its coverage of the newly released Epstein files, even though Musk never set foot on Epstein’s island and Prince Andrew did. Epstein invited Musk to Little St. James in 2014, but Musk refused. Prince Andrew’s name, by contrast, appears repeatedly in flight logs and passenger lists from 2000, traveling with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Musk fired back:

“Shame on Sky News for this utterly misleading headline. Anyone pushing this false narrative deserves complete contempt. Epstein tried to get me to go to his island and I REFUSED, yet they name me even before Prince Andrew, who did visit.” https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/furious-elon-finally-addresses-why-044950780.html

The documents released by the House Oversight Committee include Epstein’s daily schedules, flight logs, and message records. Musk’s name shows up in one calendar note:

“Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?)” https://news.sky.com/story/elon-musk-and-prince-andrew-named-in-latest-epstein-files-release-13438742

There’s no evidence Musk ever went. He says he declined Epstein’s invites and only met him briefly in New York. Prince Andrew, however, settled a lawsuit with Virginia Giuffre and appears in multiple flight logs as a passenger with Epstein and Maxwell.

“Prince Andrew named as passenger on Epstein jet… alongside Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.” https://news.sky.com/story/elon-musk-and-prince-andrew-named-in-latest-epstein-files-release-13438742
