Elon Musk announced his intention to file for custody of his child with Ashley St. Clair in a post on X on Monday.

“I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy,” Musk wrote.

St. Clair, an author, conservative political commentator and influencer, previously accused the billionaire of withdrawing child support payments to punish her for “disobedience” in June.

Musk has at least 14 children with four women, including transgender daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson.
