It’s absolutely ridiculous that if you think you have a biased judge you have to bring your evidence to said judge and said judge chooses if they think you have proven their bias. It is literally a he said, she said where one of the parties gets to just choose who’s right.
Seriously, how often is a judge going to admit to being biased this far in to a case especially when all she has to say is basically “no I’m not” and then continue forward?
