No, the claim isn’t accurate. Lowest historical presidential approval was Truman at 22% (Gallup, 1952). Trump’s current job approval averages ~40% approve / ~56% disapprove (RCP, NYT, Pew, WaPo-ABC as of Feb 23-24 2026).
