Ain’t that wild. Imagine this girl telling her den leader or whatever that she got fined for $400 misdemeanor and may have to appear in court for literally doing what Girl Scouts have been doing so for decades with no issue till now on her own property at that.
No crime has been committed from the girl and mother but the ticketing officer has very little to stand on as for reason for creating and escalating the situation for those who dont have time to watch the video.
