Shots were fired in the lobby of the Washington Hilton during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner tonight. The shooter was stopped by Secret Service right there in the lobby area.He was taken into custody. Some early reports said he was killed, but the Secret Service later confirmed the gunman is in custody and the situation is under control.Trump, Melania, and the rest of the VIPs got rushed out safely. No injuries to them or other guests reported so far. The whole thing caused major chaos for a few minutes but looks contained now.
